Missions
Jesus commissioned the church to "go and make disciples of all nations". While ministering to Lometa and surrounding communities is a priority, we at COTH are also passionate about doing our part to reach the world outside the United States with the hope that's found in Jesus Christ. Here are two mission programs that we support:
1) Refuge Christian Ministries International (Refuge CMI), is spearheaded by our own Dr. Paul Olson and is primarily focused to supporting pastors and projects in Belize (Central America) with the RCMI School of Ministry training for pastors as well as church workshops, coaching and consulting. Every year they have two or three mission trips as well as a local CMRI Partner Dinner in Goldthwaite that provides updates to their ministry as well as an opportunity to support their mission.

2) Samaritan’s Purse Operation Christmas Child. Every year COTH prepares and sends out hundreds of gift-filled Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes that are filled with toys, school supplies, and hygiene items for children in need around the world - together with an enclosed message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
Everyone is invited to partner with COTH in the preparing and sending out these Christmas Child shoebox gifts.
